I’ve been working in technical support for over 5 years, helping people solve tech problems big and small. I earned an Associate Degree in Information Technology & Cybersecurity and hold certifications in CompTIA Pentest+, CySA+, and Network+, which basically means I enjoy digging into challenges, keeping systems secure, and making sure technology works the way it should.
What I really enjoy most is helping people feel confident with their technology. Whether it’s fixing a computer, troubleshooting a network issue, or just answering a quick question, I believe support should always be clear, friendly, and stress-free.
When I’m not working, I like to keep a moderately active lifestyle. I enjoy going on walks, light workouts, and staying active outdoors whenever I can. Most importantly, I value spending quality time with my family—whether that’s enjoying a backyard barbecue, cheering on my kids at their activities, or just relaxing together at home. Finding that balance between work and family keeps me grounded and brings the patience and positivity I bring into my work every day.
